Rob LeLacheur: Co-Chair
Rob is a great supporter of St. Albert, the Botanical Arts city. Having lived here most of his life, he and his wife Kim along with their 3 children are happy to call St. Albert home.
He is the owner/publisher of St. Albert's weekly newspaper the St. Albert Leader. He is also the current Chair of the Brand Leadership team for the city of St. Albert and sits on the economic advisory committee SAEDAC. He was President of the St. Albert Chamber of Commerce in 2008.
He is very excited to be involved in the first TEDxStAlbert event and is looking forward to building it into a very successful yearly event and more in the future.
Gilles Prefontaine: Co-Chair
Gilles Prefontaine is a business strategist, advisor and agent of organizational change. In addition to his day job, Gilles holds several 'not-so-secret' identities such as the Chair of St. Albert Economic Development Advisory Committee, the Vice-Chair of Junior Achievement of Albert and NWT, Director of the St. Albert Chamber of Commerce and Youth Program Director of the St. Albert Soccer Association.
Born and raised in Canada, Gilles spends his downtime in the Botanical Arts City with his wonderful wife Jaylene raising a sports lawyer, celebrity gourmand, and a little princess Fiona.
